Alive and Kickin is a high-energy cover band delivering the best of popular music—past and present. Based in Salt Lake Valley, we put our own spin on popular tracks that audiences know and love, from the anthems of the ’70’s to modern indie bangers. Whether it’s a bar crowd, private event, or local venue, our goal is simple: bring the music to life and keep the room kickin’. With a lifetime of music between us—and a shared love of guitar-driven songs—delivers timeless favorites with experience, heart, and authenticity. Guy brings decades of professional musicianship to the stage. A seasoned guitarist and vocalist, he has performed for years in cover bands and studio sessions, developing a reputation for versatility and polish. A skilled luthier and current quality control specialist for a guitar manufacturer, he understands his instrument inside and out—craftsmanship and tone are part of who he is. Mike proves it’s never too late to start a new chapter. Picking up guitar at 50 and now 66, he’s fully immersed in the music that shaped him—especially the rich, melodic sounds of ’80s alternative Influence. he He brings passion, sincerity, and a deep appreciation for the songs that defined a generation.
